For a while, it had been my favorite Miku Song.
But it now carries bitter memories.
Gah...
This was my entry for Vocafusion '12, it didn't even get to the top 20.
I felt bad about it (And still do actually) Because I actually did research on both countries and placed a lot of landmarks to be relevant about the topic.

I'd say the only reason yours didn't make it was that it didn't catch my eye as some of the others did. The lines aren't as defined as some of the others, which makes it stand out less from far away. (There are artists who are great with catching peoples attention from afar, even if up close it isn't all that good. But from afar is what makes viewers come close, no?)
So if I was scrolling down Vocafusion's Facebook page, the darker, contrast-y ones caught my eye more than your did, even if they weren't as detailed.
but when I got closer, their anatomy, effort, and overall composition were far inferior to yours.
